Audio & video production · Oregon & SW Washington

Live event production, from first call to final cue.

RockOn designs, sets up and runs the sound and video for conferences, galas, concerts and private events, with our own equipment and our own technicians at the console from start to finish.

Where we work

From Vancouver, WA through Portland, Salem, Albany and Corvallis to Eugene, and east over the Cascades to Bend and Central Oregon.

Approach

One event at a time.

We take on a single event per day. Your production never shares a crew, a truck or our attention with someone else’s, and the engineer who plans your system is the one who runs it.

Dedicated crew

The technicians on site know the equipment in depth and stay for the whole event, not just setup.

Professional-grade systems

A matched JBL, Soundcraft and AKG system, so the speakers, console and microphones are designed to work together.

One point of contact

One person handles your event from the first call through teardown, and has answers for you and your venue.

Prepared for the unexpected

Backup microphones and sources are on hand, and run-of-show changes are handled quietly from the console.

Process

How we work.

01

Consultation

We learn the format, the program, the crowd size and what a great event looks like to you.

02

Venue & design

We assess the venue and design a system for the room’s size, layout and acoustics.

03

Proposal

You get an itemized proposal covering equipment, crew and schedule.

04

Show day

Load-in, system tuning, rehearsal and full operation through the end of the program.

05

Teardown

We tear down and clear out on the venue’s schedule.
